The section for the screen allows for screen to be from 25" high and 50" wide. It will be placed just over a desktop as seen in the first photo. It will also need 50" of wire cover.
The poster will be centered between two windows as seen in the second photo. This area between the windows is 66" wide.

The location has multiple networks running simultaneously with both Bell and Rogers as its service providers. With each provider, two separate networks are running concurrently operating regular and 5G connections. The SSID and password for all connections have been provided by the office and have been tested.
Recommended to consolidate the networks from both service providers into one as they are interfering with one another. However, the office administrator explained that there is a need for both networks to be up and running as one is their primary connection and the other is a backup.
Placement for new or existing consolidated network router would need to be in exact place as it is currently. As can be seen in the first two photos taken.
Placement for the poster can be seen on the adjacent far wall on the side of where clinic’s patients sit. Seen in photo 3.

We checked with building maintenance to confirm that there was nothing behind the wall that would cause any issues and made sure that they were alright with us putting the equipment there as well. Talked to your staff at the location as well and they said it would be a good idea to get a better wireless network of some sort as clients' equipment (iPads, cellphones, Tablets, etc.) tend to drop signal. This could be due to traffic amount or too many devices being on the network at once. The network was untested for this visit.
The first image is of where we thought would be best to mount the TV for your advertisements. The screen will be taking the place of the artwork in the photo.
The other two attached photos are of the work space in it's entirety in case the recommended location is not acceptable. The screen would be in view of at least half of your clients at all times. Unfortunately, there is no waiting area as was requested for this install, so we had to try and find the best area in the situated room.
In image 1, you will notice all of the equipment from the office. Computer system on the left and fax machine/printer on the right. The wireless modem is on the left hand side of the printing unit and is a standard unit given out by some companies in the city. Power bars may be required due to lack of wall outlets and the ones they have are full. Minimum requirement would be one 12 plug power bar or two 9 plug power bars just to give them the ability to change things as well as if they have the bigger plugs that will cover up more than one slot.
Minimum length for a power cable would be 6 ft and depending on what you would be using to stream the images, you may need a longer cable for that depending on where the unit will be placed.

Surveyed the signal strength throughout the office and it proved excellent all throughout the office. Current location is on main entrance computer desk. If wanting to move to a more 'central' location, best spot would be with the proposed 32" TV location.
No power on wall of proposed TV location. There is one around the corner. Attached photo shows closest power (run up wall into drop ceiling then back down to tv?). Ideal tv location for patient viewing would be exactly where framed picture is hanging and GREEN tape mark indicates center.
15' required for power.
10' cable conceal (8' from power to ceiling and 2' ceiling to behind tv)

Recommended location would be just above the reception desk. There is suitable structure to mount on with 120VAC power outlet nearby. This would require 6.5 ft of wire track and a 6 ft power extension . The TELUS Wi-Fi router is in close proximity to the install location and could be connected with a 8-10 ft patch cable ran in the same wire track, or by using Wi-Fi.

Site survey for Infusion Clinic shows that the area for the patients are sectioned into two areas. The location requested that the screen be displayed inside the first section with the bigger wall and poster installation to be done in the second, smaller section of the room. Both walls are of standard construction with steel studs available for mounting.

There is an obvious place to mount the display on an open wall with AC power already at the location. This location would be optimal as it allows for a fairly straightforward installation and minimal expenses required for wire molding, etc.
Depending on hardware the media player could be concealed above the drop ceiling to facilitate a flush mounted display device. There is a TV in the clinic already that appears to be using Netflix to allow patients to watch content.
The display would be on the opposite wall of this existing TV and would be visible immediately upon entering the clinic. The proposed placement of the poster is adjacent to the existing TV. Please see the images on the next page.
