430 Notre Dame Avenue Suite 209 Sudbury ON P3C 5K7
We see these 3 walls as the only possibilities. Would like screen to go in the smaller corner over cabinet which is the main waiting area and it also has the least distance from the router.

Successful connection to WIFI.
Will need approx 10 ft of wire mold plus extension cord to run through it.
Screen will be placed above chair centered on the wall. No photos for the poster as there were patients in the room at the time of the site survey. It will go in opposite corner on same wall or above screen depending on size.

1: Try to connect to their wireless with password they provide. LAPTOP preferred.
-> tested working internet
2: Note the EXACT network name and password (EXACT capitals, spaces, lower case - very important).
-> we have with us on file....
3: Determine best install location. MARK.
->see attached pics
4: Client will NOT be relocating electrical. Please note closest power distance, any challenges to reach, and concealing wire track amount required.
-> no need to relocate will run long cable from back wall room to tv
5: The client will be requiring that during the install a poster be placed on wall as well. Please MARK where poster can be placed.
-> client does not have more other information for us where new sign going other then having 32-36 inch tv to put on wall mount so will use single collapse to back center mount on center stud for tv and connect power from back wall for power...

The left of the exisitng TV is the best location to put the TV on a tilting mount. There is an outlet just below (slightly to the right, but hidden by the supplies in the picture) that can be used with approximately 4 feet of wire track to conceal it.
The router is located in the connecting room, which, if connected via cat5e, will require about 25 feet of wire. There is already a cord running around the door, which can be used to tie our cable to. No extension cord should be required (unless the TV is mounted higher than the length of the cord will allow). Inquired about the poster that will be put up and the staff had not been informed of any poster.

The wall adjacent to the clinic door will be suitable for a television (photo #1). There is a plug behind a chair directly underneath the location for the television. As the electrical will not be relocated, the wire concealment track will need to go around a decorative rail that runs around the room, halfway up the wall (photo #2). Roughly 5.5’ of track will be required, with a gap in the middle to clear the wood rail. There is coaxial cable on the opposite side of the wall in an examination room if its required, which could possibly be run through the wall.
If at all possible, I’d recommend that an electrical box be installed behind the TV. It will look more presentable, prevent clients from accidentally unplugging the TV, and avoid having to navigate around the wood rail.
There are two locations where a poster may fit. Next to the entrance door, where there is currently a bulletin board (photo #3); or around the corner from the TV location, there is an empty wall next to a glass wall facing the staircase (photo #4). I am unsure of the poster size, so the second location may be preferred.
If we are running a network cable, you’ll require another roughly 12-16’ of concealment track. The cable can be run up near the ceiling, up from the TV, above the entrance door, then possibly back into the reception office. There are cabinets in the office that may make running this cable difficult.
There is an existing 32” TV hooked up to cable in an exam room (photo #5), which I am under the assumption we are using. For this TV, a simple flat TV wall mount will be acceptable.
There is a Insignia 42” already wall mounted, currently they run Netflix on the TV and the waiting room is for both offices in the suite.
No contact info was provided, and the person on site was unaware of anything being installed. They are using Wi-Fi to run the Netflix, but was not forth coming on giving any Wi-Fi info as that no one on site had any knowledge of geek squad coming bye.
There is no Cate5e behind the TV, but one could be ran if required, about 80ft run, would take aprox 45min to get the line in.

Wall has power located direct below. Office mentioned that the manager always moving room around so finding a good location for the screen could be challenging.
Next location on spring garden rd has 3 treatment rooms, 1 main that fits 4 patients, another with 3 and one private. The other pic(229) is of the best wall and have digital sign on one side, printed media on the other. Each panel would need a 9ft power extension to reach floor

Locations are unsure where they would prefer the install to be at. Survey resulted with 3 walls as the only possibilities. Would like tv to go in that smaller corner over cabinet witch is there main waiting area and is the least distance from the router. That router is an old Bell DSL refurb.
