This was a picture perfect install of the newest hardware, the Gemini Lake version of the S.A.M Stick.
I had to get a power adaptor because both of the electrical outlets were full. A good reminder to always go the location prepared with a power adaptor.
Things that went well were:
1: Location contact was able to tether the S.A.M Stick.
2: The team at the call center was able to:
-chat with the installer via sms through Slack,
-move the S.A.M Stick into the client account,
-set up the S.A.M Stick for the wifi setup provided by the client,
-confirm that the S.A.M Stick was online thereafter (i.e. once the installer turned off tethering)
3: The total time for the retrofit was under an hour.
This was one of the first installs using the new global cellular solution.
